1. Who is responsible for your data

We do not ask for sensitive data, and we do not sell your personal data.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record: Dodo Payments or Paddle.com. They collect and process your payment details as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We receive order information from them, but never your full card details.
4. Cookies and similar tools
This studio website, nextlapstudio.com, does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.
Program pages may use essential cookies to remember your quiz progress, and, only with your consent, advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure ad results. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings on those pages.
5. Who we share data with
We use service providers who process data on our behalf, under contracts that protect it:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and email routing
- Google — email inbox
- An email delivery provider — sending receipts and reminders
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, only with your consent
We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In those cases we rely on an adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep data
- Quiz answers without a purchase: up to 12 months
- Account and progress data: while you use the program and up to 12 months after your last activity
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 10 years
- Support emails: up to 3 years
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@nextlapstudio.com. We reply within one month.
9. Complaints
You can complain to a data protection authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). In the United Kingdom it is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). You can also contact the authority in the EU country where you live.
10. Children
Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will show the new effective date at the top, and tell customers by email about important changes.
