1. Who we are

Next Lap Studio ("we", "us") is operated by Vitalii Korotkov, a private individual based in Varna, Bulgaria. You can reach us at hello@nextlapstudio.com.

These terms apply when you use nextlapstudio.com, take one of our quizzes, or buy one of our programs.

2. What we offer

We sell digital training programs for hobbies and everyday skills. A program usually includes a quiz, a personal plan, written lessons, exercises and short videos, delivered online or as downloadable files. The exact content of each program is described on its page before you buy.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Our programs are for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, which acts as Merchant of Record for your order: Dodo Payments or Paddle.com, as shown at checkout. The reseller processes your payment, issues your invoice or receipt, and collects any sales tax or VAT. The reseller's own buyer terms also apply to the payment.

Prices are shown before you pay. Where VAT or sales tax applies, it is shown at checkout.

We never see or store your full card details.

5. One-time purchases and plans

One-time purchases, such as a diagnostic report, are charged once. They do not renew.

Plans give you access to a program for a set period: for example 1, 3 or 6 months. The checkout page shows the price, the period, and whether the plan renews.

If a plan renews, it renews at the end of each period for the same period and at the price you agreed to at checkout, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We email you at least 7 days before each renewal with the date and the amount. If we ever change the price of your plan, we tell you in advance and the new price applies only from your next renewal after that notice.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel a plan at any time through the link in your receipt email, in your account, or by writing to hello@nextlapstudio.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

7. Refunds

Every purchase, including renewals, comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Your access to the content

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the program content for your own learning during the period you paid for, and for one-time purchases, indefinitely. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute our content.

9. Results

Our programs give you a structured plan and practice. Your results depend on how you use them, how much you practise, and your starting point. We do not guarantee a specific outcome, such as reaching a certain rating or score.

10. Fair use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the website, access other users' data, or copy our content by automated means. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached. If we do, we refund any unused part of a plan.

11. Changes to programs

We improve our programs over time. We may update, add or remove lessons, as long as the program still delivers what was described when you bought it. If we discontinue a program during a period you paid for, we refund the unused part.

12. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Your legal rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep all rights that the law of your country of residence gives you. Nothing in these terms reduces them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country still apply. Before going to court, please contact us: most issues are solved by email.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one in force when you made it. For renewing plans, we tell you about material changes by email before they take effect.
